Our Story
HumanAim founder Daphne Bernicker has over 25 years’ business experience working in finance, leading organizations and major change projects, and developing other leaders. Her coaching, consulting and strategies have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in new revenue and value for her clients. She helps clients create personal and organizational success by drawing upon her research in intrinsic motivation, and her expertise in business, leadership and multi-disciplinary coaching.

Daphne holds BA and MBA degrees from Rice University. She is an ICF Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Advanced Trainer, Employee Engagement Consultant, Transformational and MBTI Coach, and is authorized by the Benson Henry Institute of Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, to provide its Resiliency Program. Daphne is also a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and is a member of several boards, including the Harvard Business Review Advisory Board.

Daphne is the creator of the EQPlus® Motivation Profile - the first real-time assessment which reveals how people motivate themselves and how this directly impacts their success (powered by Six Seconds). She is also working on her first book on Motivation.
